Who do you work with?

Clients are primarily scientists, technologists, subject matter experts, engineers, and business leaders looking to move into leadership, strategy, or growth roles. Work spans STEM, technology, sales, and executive leadership, with particular depth in biotech and advanced tech. I'm not in tech or biotech. Can you still help me?

Yes. A lot of the work centers on STEM, technology, and executive leadership, but the core skills apply broadly: recruiter-lens positioning, interview strategy, and translating your experience into language hiring managers respond to. René also brings years of experience managing hiring for corporate function roles, including legal, ethics and compliance, accounting, finance, and HR, plus more than 10 years filling sales roles at every level in SaaS, and additional experience with Office of the CTO, CIO, and CISO roles. Her recruiting background also includes work with companies like DXC Technology, Hitachi Vantara, and VMware, and she's coached clients inside companies like Palo Alto Networks, Salesforce, AWS, and Amazon. How is this different from a resume-writing service?

René built her recruiting career across startups through the Fortune 50, with placements including Amazon and Oracle, and founded V3 Perceptum, an executive search, contract staffing, and talent advisory firm serving biotech and advanced tech companies, including global hiring. She holds coach education aligned with ICF principles, along with additional training across career, executive, leadership, and NLP coaching. During school, she worked in the sports medicine department as an athletic trainer, and holds a B.S. in Physical Education with a minor in Biology from Gardner-Webb University.

Reported compensation increases from coaching have ranged from 40% to 200%, depending on the client's starting point and role level. Every situation is different, and results depend on the work you put in alongside the strategy, but the range gives you a sense of what's possible.
